How to Check Electricity Bill of Rural Consumer-
Step 01: Open the UPPCL Website-
If you are a resident of rural area of Uttar Pradesh and you have got electricity connection from UPPCL, then you can check electricity bill from your mobile, laptop or computer. For this you have to open any browser in your device and you have to go to the official website of UPPCL.
On the official website of UPPCL, you will see the option of "Bill Payment (RURAL)" in the Consumer Corner section. After clicking on this option, you have to click on the “Bill Payment / View Bill” option.
A form will open on your device as soon as you click on this option. You can directly access this form. For this, a link is being given to “Pay Bill/View Bill”. If you want, you can easily access that page by clicking here.
Step 02: Enter the UPPCL Account Number-
Rural consumers of UPPCL have a 12 digit account number on their electricity bills. If you want to check your electricity bill, then you must know this account number. You can find out your 12 digit Account Number from any of your old Electricity Bills.
Now fill the "Account No" and "Image Verification" code carefully in the given form and click on Submit button.
Step 03: Check UPPCL Electricity Bill-
After completing step 02, a new page will open on your device. Your electricity bill amount will start appearing in this new page. You will also see the date by which you have to deposit this bill. For more details see the below image carefully.
On this page you will be able to know only the amount of electricity bill. If you also want to know how many units are billed and what are the other charges? So for this you have to click on "View/Print Bill" button. Option 2 is shown in the image.
Step 04: Detailed info of UPPCL Electricity Bill-
As soon as you click on the option "View/Print Bill" mentioned in step 03, an OTP will be sent to your mobile number registered with UPPCL. As soon as you submit this in the OTP form, the detailed information about your electricity bill will be displayed.
